Returns & ExchangesPermission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 14 days to request a refund, exchange or store credit. You must email your request to orders@fairtribe.com (with RETURN in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight/shipping carrier. If any items are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.
We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight/shipping carrier.
Please note if you would like store credit or an exchange with the new product number given. If you need to return an item you received as a gift you will receive store credit.
Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned. No packages will be accepted without a RA# written clearly on the package.
Upon receipt of your approved return, if you paid by credit card; the same credit card will be credited your refund amount, store credit will be given, or the item you chose in exchange will be shipped to you. If your purchase qualified for free shipping, you will be refunded the cost of the item purchased less the cost of the original shipping. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of returned items.
For health reasons, any used or washed products will not be available for refund or replacement.
